The Gift of Confession There is a wonderful gift that God gave us called confession.  1st John 1:9 says if we confess our sin he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.  How thoughtful of us God is.  God knows that every day we will fall short of his glory and he stands by to forgive us when we come to him and confess.  What love the father showers on us.  What peace and joy that no money can buy.  Weight Loss & Management I wish I could give out a one all weight loss program that would change every one lives in the world, but I can’t.  The truth still holds, calories in must come out.  Weight management is a lifestyle that will be with you the rest of the days of your life.  The basis tools are still the same.  You must do cardio, strength training, eat healthy and proper rest.  No magic formula. No rebuking calories or blaming it on cookie demons. But give your self time and patience.  But don’t get so caught you neglect your spiritual life that is of greater worth. There was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language standing before the throne in white robes, declaring salvation comes from God through the lamb, Jesus Christ.
